Job summary

Hilton is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager in Dubai to drive group sales and nurture key client relationships. You will lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to contracting, while tailoring proposals to client needs and maximizing revenue.

The role focuses on research-driven lead generation, strategic account management, and coordinated collaboration with internal teams to secure bookings and ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and group sales is preferred.
• Ability to build and manage key client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new business: research, prospect, qualify leads to drive group sales.
• Build and maintain client relationships as the primary contact for assigned market segments.
• Develop targeted sales strategies by analyzing hotel and market trends.
• Lead end-to-end sales process: proposals, site visits, negotiations, contracts.
• Manage booking details: room, F&B, meeting space, and accurate data entry in the sales system.
