Job summary

Capital Motion UAE is seeking a Communications and Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing and communications across its hospitality and F B concepts. You will develop brand positioning, oversee campaigns, and ensure a consistent, compelling presence across channels to attract guests and drive bookings.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will manage a diverse team, coordinate with venues, and optimize ROI through data-driven insights, integrated messaging, and effective media relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing or communications experience, preferably in hospitality or F&B.
• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications plans aligned with business goals.
• Lead annual marketing planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Oversee brand messaging, guidelines, and visual identity across venues.
• Plan multi-channel campaigns and manage digital, print, and PR activities.
• Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
