Job summary

AimGulf invites an experienced Revenue Analyst to drive data-driven commercial performance for its UAE hotels. You will own daily to monthly revenue reporting across Rooms, Food & Beverage and Spa, and shape rate parity with CRS, GDS and OTA partners.

You will build advanced Excel models, dashboards and executive summaries to boost visibility and support the commercial team, while monitoring market trends and recommending actionable opportunities to grow revenue.

Responsibilities

Own the preparation and analysis of revenue reporting across Rooms, F&B and Spa.
Establish and maintain rate plans, packages and offers across CRS, GDS, OTA extranets.
Manage changes to pricing, inventory and restriction strategies.
Audit distribution systems and monitor rate parity daily across partners.
Maintain IDeaS G3 recommendations and ensure data feeds are accurate.
Develop Excel models, automated reporting and dashboards for visibility.
Provide actionable revenue-growth recommendations to support the commercial team.
Foster a data-driven decision-making culture.
