Job summary

Kerzner International Limited in Dubai is seeking a Revenue Analyst to join the Revenue Management team. You will support daily rate and inventory management, generate detailed reporting, and provide analytics across Rooms, F&B, Spa, and Leisure to optimize performance.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in a five-star hotel or corporate setting, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, with experience in Opera Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in revenue management, hotel management, economics, or data analysis.
• Qualification in Revenue Management.
• 2+ years of experience in a five-star hotel or corporate office.
• Middle East experience preferred.
• Opera Cloud knowledge and proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide reporting and analytical assistance to all revenue-generating departments (Rooms, F&B, Spa and Leisure).
• Develop, maintain and analyze production reports to support pricing, forecasting and budgeting.
• Conduct ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed.
• Assist the Revenue Manager with daily rate and inventory management.
• Perform revenue management functions in the Revenue Manager's absence.
• Update weekly forecasts and yield reports; attend meetings and share insights.
• Monitor OTA market segments and set production goals.
• Review online content for compliance and exposure optimization.
• Review group cut-off dates to ensure proper inventory allocation.
• Lead weekly Group Pick-Up Meetings with Events Manager to review bookings.
• Collaborate with departments to optimize overall revenue performance.

About The Role

Revenue Analyst will assist the Revenue Manager in overseeing the process of collecting and organizing analytical data related to the company s revenue sales and other financial activities. The Revenue Analyst is responsible for providing detailed reporting and analytical support across all revenue-generating departments including Rooms Food amp Beverage Spa and Sports amp Leisure. This role assists the Revenue Manager in daily rate and inventory management and ensures seamless operations in their absence. The Revenue Analyst actively contributes to strategic decision-making by developing maintaining and analyzing data to optimize business performance maximize revenue and support budgeting and forecasting efforts.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide reporting and analytical assistance to all revenue-generating departments Rooms F amp B Spa and Sports amp Leisure
• Develop maintain and analyze production reports to support business performance reviews pricing strategies customer behavior insights competitive intelligence forecasting and budgeting
• Conduct ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed
• Assist the Revenue Manager with daily rate and inventory management
• Perform all revenue management functions in the Revenue Manager s absence
• Update weekly forecasts and yield reports attend relevant meetings and contribute insights
• Monitor OTA market segments and set production goals
• Review online content for compliance placement and exposure optimization
• Review group cut-off dates to ensure proper inventory allocation
• Lead weekly Group Pick-Up Meetings with the Events Manager to review group bookings and inventory
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors across departments
• Responsible for assisting the Revenue Manager for monthly hotel revenue forecast and annual budget preparation

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum bachelor s degree in a relevant subject, such as revenue management, hotel management, economics, or a discipline focusing on data analysis. Possessing good spoken and written English
• Qualification in Revenue Management
• At least 2 years experience in a similar job in a five-star hotel or corporate office.
• Middle East Experience
• Opera Cloud knowledge
• Revenue Management Tools knowledge Opera Cloud knowledge.
• Proficiency especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills required.
