Role Context The Revenue Analyst supports the commercial performance of Atlantis Dubai by turning booking, pricing, market, and operational data into reliable insights for the Revenue team. The role contributes to decisions affecting room pricing, demand forecasting, distribution performance, budgeting, and overall hotel revenue. Working across Atlantis, The Palm and Atlantis The Royal, the analyst helps identify trends, monitor competitive positioning, and improve reporting processes. Accurate analysis enables the Revenue team to react faster to changing demand and uncover opportunities that strengthen occupancy, average rate, and total commercial performance.
The successful candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in revenue management, business analytics, commercial strategy, or a closely related analytical role. Previous experience within the hotel industry is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability is essential because the position involves interpreting booking trends, pricing performance, competitive information, forecasts, and commercial data. Advanced comfort with Microsoft Excel is important. Experience with STR, Opera PMS, Revenue Management software, and Business Intelligence platforms would be highly advantageous. Candidates should understand basic hotel performance concepts such as occupancy, average room rate, booking pace, pickup, demand patterns, market share, and distribution channel performance. The preferred candidate will be organized, numerically confident, detail-oriented, and capable of converting large amounts of data into clear and useful information for decision-makers.
