You will champion quality initiatives, drive data-driven improvements, and collaborate with L&D and operations to sustain excellence across the property.

The role emphasizes collaboration with executive teams, verification of training impact, and ongoing enhancement of the guest experience in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualificações

• 2-year degree in Business Administration or Hospitality, plus 4 years in guest services or related operations.
• 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality, plus 2 years in guest services or related operations.
• Experience in hotel business and quality management; able to teach others.
• Knowledge of budgeting and cost control; experience with data collection and analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Attends executive committee meetings to report hotel performance and quality issues.
• Presents weekly defect trend analyses and guest feedback with recommendations.
• Coordinates weekly quality meetings focusing on guest feedback and audits.
• Maintains documentation of quality activities for executives and corporate office.
• Facilitates problem-solving and process-improvement initiatives with quality tools.
• Drives hotel-wide quality initiatives and monthly audits for compliance.
