Job summary

Justlife in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Training Lead to own housekeeping training and quality across thousands of professionals. You will design curricula, coach field teams, and use data to lift customer experience and NPS.

You will lead and develop 8–10 Housekeeping Trainers in a fast-growing network, collaborating with Quality, Operations, and Customer Experience to close skill gaps and standardize delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in housekeeping/hospitality training or related leadership role.
• Strong coaching and communication in English; additional languages (Hindi, Nepali, Tagalog) are advantageous.
• Able to read data, identify gaps, and act on findings.
• Calm and organized in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive category NPS and customer experience by raising training quality and consistency.
• Lead and develop a team of 8-10 Housekeeping Trainers with clear goals and coaching.
• Design and continuously improve training across housekeeping skills, customer service, hygiene, and safety.
• Run quality checks and on-site coaching to ensure standards across professionals.
• Turn training data and customer feedback into measurable improvements in service quality and NPS.
• Standardize how training is delivered, documented, and reported across the network.
• Partner with Quality, Operations, Customer Experience, and Business Development to close skill gaps.
