Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Hospitality Management or related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with purchasing and inventory management systems.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requests and conduct market research and price comparisons for quality and value.
• Coordinate with other departments to understand purchasing requirements.
• Prepare accurate purchasing reports and related documentation.
• Monitor stock to minimize overstocking and understocking.
• Respond to purchasing enquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
• Support the Purchasing Supervisor with day-to-day operations.
