Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Purchasing professional to manage day-to-day purchasing, receiving, and procurement operations within our hotel. You will work closely with suppliers, finance, and hotel departments to ensure timely availability of quality products and strict cost control.

The role requires strong attention to detail, solid knowledge of supplier coordination, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day purchasing activities in accordance with hotel policies.
• Prepare and process purchase orders based on requisitions.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, prices, and delivery.
• Receive and inspect all incoming goods.
• Verify deliveries against orders and quality standards.
• Ensure documentation and approvals before processing purchases.
• Support inventory control and stock management.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and internal departments.
