Job summary

Accor is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement professional to manage day-to-day purchasing, process orders, and coordinate with suppliers in a upscale hotel environment. You will receive, inspect, and document goods to ensure cost control and quality standards are met.

The role requires strong organizational skills, English proficiency, and the ability to work across departments to support smooth operations within our Abu Dhabi properties.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with procurement software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day purchasing activities in line with hotel policies and procedures.
• Prepare and process purchase orders from approved requisitions.
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, prices, availability and delivery schedules.
• Receive and inspect incoming goods; verify against orders and specs.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure proper documentation.
