Job summary

Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas is seeking an IT Supervisor to deliver reliable IT services for our guests and team. You will monitor hardware operation and security, serve as the primary contact for computer and telephony servicing, and maintain logs, inventories, and documentation to support smooth hotel operations.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in information technology, has prior experience in a similar role, and demonstrates strong English communication and problem solving to fault,

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in information technology and prior experience in a similar role.
• Good command of English and ability to fault, find and rectify subsystems are essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operation and security of all computer hardware and ensure proper operation.
• Serve as primary contact for servicing of computers, printers, etc.
• Maintain inventory of all office and computer supplies.
• Update hardware and software logs as per procedures.
• Document hardware configuration and inventory.
• Document telephone system configuration and all MPT lines.
• Understand department procedures and perform related tasks.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance of PCs, printers, telephones, interactive systems, and other equipment.
• Manage user access requests and permissions (Win2000, E-mail, Opera, Micros, Novell).
• Respond to user requests and provide adequate support.
