The Lana, Dubai - Dorchester Collection is seeking an IT Specialist to support guest services and hotel IT operations. You will ensure systems uptime, resolve incidents, and uphold Dorchester Collection IT policies across critical platforms.

Experience in luxury hotels in the Middle East, a Diploma in IT, and certifications like CCNA or Microsoft are highly valued. A proactive, customer-focused mindset will help you deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or related field.
• CCNA and Microsoft Certification is desired.
• At least 2 years’ experience in luxury hotels in the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support for guest services and hotel operations.
• Maintain uptime of critical systems and networks.
• Resolve IT incidents with priority and clear communication.
• Ensure adherence to Dorchester Collection IT policies and procedures.
• Support Opera, Simphony, Call Accounting, HSIA, PABX and POS systems.
