Job summary

The First Group Hospitality in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced HR professional to deliver proactive HR support to all employees and uphold company values. You will be the main point of contact for queries and help ensure timely processing of documents with confidentiality.

Responsibilities include onboarding, joining formalities, exit interviews, contract administration, maintaining HR records, and coordinating employee engagement activities in compliance with UAE Labour Law.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience or relevant exposure.
• Understanding of UAE Labour Law and compliance requirements.
• Ability to draft precise employment documentation and convey professional correspondence.
• Experience with onboarding, employee relations, and records management.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive HR service to all employees and support company values.
• Assist with onboarding, joining formalities, and exit interviews.
• Manage employee data, contracts, and HR records with confidentiality.
• Coordinate employee engagement events and recognition programs.
• Serve as liaison between management and staff to resolve HR-related queries.
