Job summary

The First Group Hospitality in Abu Dhabi is seeking a proactive Human Resources professional to deliver a supportive HR service to all employees, uphold company values, and ensure fair, timely assistance. You will act as the first point of contact for staff, assisting with queries, onboarding, and documentation while ensuring timely processing and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in fostering employee engagement and workplace relations.
• Ability to draft detailed employment contracts and documentation.
• Strong ability to meet deadlines while adhering to standards.
• Capability to conduct research and gather HR insights.
• Proficiency in routine administrative tasks.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in IT systems including spreadsheets, word processing, and email management.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives.
• Role in employee engagement – winning trust of employees and reducing attrition.
• Handling joining formalities and new employee orientation.
• Handling exit-interviews & coordinating with ex-employees.
• Provide advice on employment terms, policies and procedures.
• Maintain and manage HR databases and records.
• Deal with confidential information and act as link between management and employees.
