Deow International is seeking an HR Manager with hospitality experience to join a hotel or hospitality operation in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on HR as part of the guest experience rather than back-office operations.

You will lead day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation, while ensuring UAE labour law compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Hospitality is a people business. Every guest experience, every smooth check-in, every well-trained team member starts with someone who knows how to find, develop, and keep the right people. Deow International, a recruitment agency operating in the UAE since 2006 as part of the global Deow Group, is looking for an HR Manager with hospitality experience to join a hotel or hospitality operation in Abu Dhabi. This is a role for someone who understands that in hospitality, HR is not a back-office function. It is part of the guest experience.

This is a senior role for an HR professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. You will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. You will work closely with department heads to ensure that staffing levels are appropriate, that new hires are properly integrated, and that employee concerns are addressed promptly and fairly. You will also be responsible for maintaining HR documentation, ensuring compliance with UAE labour law, and supporting the development of a positive workplace culture. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where your ability to communicate, lead, and solve problems will directly impact the quality of service the hotel delivers.

The ideal candidate has proven HR management experience, preferably within the hospitality industry. You have excellent communication and leadership skills, a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, and the ability to manage day-to-day HR operations independently. You are comfortable working with a diverse workforce, handling sensitive employee matters with discretion, and building relationships with staff at all levels. Immediate joiners are preferred.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. The salary range is AED 8,000 to AED 10,000 per month.
