Job summary

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Familiar with all related company documentation and Operational Standards Manual for assigned field.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and on-call if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise engineering and maintenance staff during assigned shifts.
• Ensure plant equipment operates safely, efficiently and reliably.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate shift reports, maintenance logs and handover notes.
• Recommend improvements in methods, systems and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Analyze problems and formulate plans to complete work quickly with high quality.
• Train, coach and support team members to improve performance.
