Job summary

Park Hyatt Dubai is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering team in planning, design, and delivery of maintenance, capital projects, and technical initiatives across the property.

You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, manage budgets and procurement, and drive safety, quality, and asset reliability while collaborating with other departments and external partners.

Qualifications

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance and technical operations across the property.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and contractors to ensure high workmanship and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, quality standards, and risk management.
• Proficient in engineering software, CMMS systems, and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and execution of maintenance, capital projects, and technical initiatives.
• Supervise engineering technicians and tradespersons to maintain productivity and safety.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance to optimize asset reliability.
• Evaluate maintenance activities, cost estimates, and equipment upgrades.
