Job summary

Dukes The Palm Dubai Hotel by Minor Hotels is seeking aCluster Shift Supervisor to oversee daily engineering and maintenance operations across the luxury property. Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Shift Supervisor.
• Active listening and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily engineering and maintenance activities
• Lead and manage engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure preventive maintenance is completed
• Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or operational problems
• Enforce workplace safety policies and engineering standards
• Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other departments
• Train and support engineering team members
• Monitor inventory and order engineering materials or spare parts
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company procedures
