The Engineering Supervisor protects the reliability of guest areas, back-of-house facilities and technical assets by coordinating inspections, repairs and planned maintenance. Working under the guidance of the Assistant Director of Engineering and Director of Engineering, the role helps reduce equipment failures, control maintenance resources and maintain safe operating conditions across the hotel.
The position requires a university degree in Hotel Management and at least three years of experience in a comparable hotel engineering or maintenance role. Candidates should demonstrate leadership, employee-training and interpersonal capabilities, along with practical knowledge of maintenance planning and technical operations. The successful individual will communicate clearly, organize several maintenance priorities and maintain accurate records. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and an engineering operating system is required.
