Job summary

Accor is seeking an experienced Engineering Shift Leader to oversee maintenance and engineering activities during assigned shifts at our Dubai operations. You will lead and supervise engineering and maintenance staff, ensure safe and efficient operation of plant equipment, and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with a focus on reliability and quality.

• Analyze problems and formulate plans to complete work quickly with high quality.
• Train, coach and support team members to improve performance.

• Lead and supervise engineering and maintenance staff during assigned shifts
• Ensure plant equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Maintain accurate shift reports, maintenance logs, and handover notes
• Recommends improvements in methods, systems and procedures to improve efficiency
• Analyze problems and formulate plans to get work done quickly with a high degree of quality.
• Train, coach, and support team members to improve performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 02 years' experience in the position is preferred
• Proven hospitality experience is preferred
• Is familiar with all related company documentation and especially with the relevant Operational Standards Manual for his/her field of responsibility.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and on-call if required
