Job summary

GMG is seeking a Corporate Chef to guide the culinary direction for its Food Service Division in the HORECA channel. You will blend culinary excellence with business development to drive sales, shape menus, and showcase product versatility to clients and partners.

The role requires a strong culinary foundation, proven sales results, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, production, and client teams across the GCC region.

Qualifications

• Ten years total experience in a B2B sales/support role, preferably with hotels, airline catering or institutional kitchens.
• Experience across the GCC/MENA region or similar multicultural environments.
• Proven Corporate Chef/Executive Chef or similar in foodservice manufacturing, hotels, or B2B environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop test and implement innovative recipes using sous vide and value-added meat and poultry products.
• Lead sales and business development with hotel chains, airline catering or institutional clients.
