Job summary

Radiant Hospitality Company seeks a Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a premium Mediterranean restaurant in Dubai. You will own daily food quality, drive creativity, and preserve the concept's identity within a global multi-brand group.

This hands-on role requires strong technical skill, ingredient-led cooking, and a proven track record in high-end dining. Based in Dubai, you will manage the brigade and collaborate with the GM and central culinary team to ensure brand alignment and superb guest

Qualifications

• Formal food safety / HACCP certification, or eligible to obtain in UAE.
• Premium Mediterranean cuisine background with high-volume dining.
• Experience in group/multi-brand restaurant structures.
• Proven track record of stability in high-end environments.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the kitchen's daily food quality, creativity and consistency across the menu.
• Lead, coach and develop the brigade while maintaining strong team culture.
• Source and work with high-quality seasonal ingredients, maintaining provenance and seasonality.
• Maintain a hands-on presence on the pass, tasting, cooking and developing dishes with the team.
