Job summary

Peergrowth Consultancy Co. in Dubai is seeking a results-driven Key Account Executive with a strong background in HORECA to manage and grow key client accounts, identify new business opportunities, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with hospitality professionals to understand chefs’ requirements and coordinate with internal teams for tailored product solutions while driving revenue across hotels, restaurants, catering, and institutional buyers.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in sales/account management within the HORECA sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-value accounts and negotiate effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• UAE driving license preferred (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key HORECA clients including hotels, restaurants, catering companies and institutional buyers.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets through upselling, cross-selling and introducing new product lines.
• Client Servicing: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handle inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Product Customization: Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to tailor product solutions.
• Business Development: Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and new clients in HORECA.
• Forecasting & Reporting: Track sales performance and present updates to the sales management team.
