Deliveroo is seeking a HOP Site Team Leader to join our UK operations, delivering lightning-fast grocery service across our HOP network. You will lead shift operations, supervise order fulfilment, manage stock integrity, and coordinate dispatch with riders to ensure fast, accurate orders.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent English communication, reliable attendance, and a hands-on approach to inventory and site standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience training associates and running shifts independently.
• Track record of hitting KPI targets in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on approach to inventory management and site organisation.
• Excellent written and spoken English for collaboration with stakeholders and riders.
• Reliable with punctuality and a positive working culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations by prioritising tasks and guiding the team to meet site-wide KPIs.
• Supervise order fulfilment to ensure accurate, fast picking and packaging.
• Drive operational compliance by coaching on SOPs and health & safety checks.
• Manage inventory and stock integrity through replenishment and counts to minimise wastage.
• Oversee the dispatch process by coordinating with Deliveroo riders for smooth hand-offs.
• Maintain site standards with merchandising and a clean, organised environment.
