Job summary

Aliving Holiday Homes, part of Allegiance Real Estate, is seeking a polished Guest Relations Officer to join our Dubai team. You will create a seamless guest experience from pre-arrival through checkout, handle inquiries and coordinate requests with a focus on service excellence.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in guest relations or hospitality, excellent communication, and a professional demeanor. Weekend availability may be required to meet operational needs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, customer service, hotel operations or holiday homes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional and well-presented manner.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling guest complaints or urgent requests.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of Dubai and its hospitality landscape is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to work on weekends and according to operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest communication before, during and after stay.
• Handle enquiries, requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate check-ins/check-outs and special guest arrangements.
• Provide guests with accurate information regarding properties, facilities, services and local recommendations.
• Follow up with guests to ensure a smooth, comfortable stay.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and operations teams to resolve guest requests efficiently.
• Address complaints professionally and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all communication is properly documented.
• Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve the overall guest experience.
• Support the team in maintaining high guest satisfaction and service standards.
