Responsibilities

• Configure SSO integrations for client employer portals.
• Execute and validate file transformations for eligibility, accumulator, and claims data.
• Set up custom provider networks in internal systems.
• Configure client engagement programs in third-party platforms like Iterable.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for registration and eligibility issues.
• Monitor file ingestion pipelines and audit processing results.
• Build and maintain SOPs and internal knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Client Success, and Product Management to resolve issues and improve tooling.
