Job summary
Remotedxb in Dubai seeks a proactive Customer Success professional to onboard new clients, understand their business objectives, and tailor Workana ON solutions to match their needs.
You will assist with implementation, configure tools such as WhatsApp Business, Google Business Profile, CRM and automation, monitor client accounts, review performance indicators, and document learnings to contribute to product improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, implementation, consulting, or Growth.
- Ability to understand business needs quickly.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, WhatsApp Business, and Google Business Profile.
- Familiarity with CRM and automation tools.
- Experience with no-code platforms.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Hands-on approach and ability to work autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Perform onboarding for new clients.
- Understand client business, objectives, and challenges.
- Configure and adapt Workana ON solutions to client needs.
- Assist clients with implementation and setup.
- Configure tools such as WhatsApp Business, Google Business Profile, CRM, and automation.
- Monitor client accounts and review indicators.
- Document learnings and product feedback.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and standardization.
