Prompt is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager in Dubai to drive satisfaction, retention, and expansion among enterprise SaaS clients, own onboarding, and build trusted advisor relationships with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building across all organizational levels.
• Strong proficiency with software platforms and MS Excel.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for client meetings.
• BI and advanced reporting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion among enterprise-level B2B SaaS clients.
• Own the enterprise onboarding and go-live experience, coordinating timelines and readiness activities.
• Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders to act as a trusted advisor.
• Monitor adoption trends and provider feedback to identify risks and expansion opportunities.
• Deliver periodic client success reviews focusing on performance, strategic insights, and actionable recommendations.
