Job summary

eMinds is seeking a proactive onboarding specialist in Dubai to guide customers through digital platform adoption, including M365 CoPilot, Aleria AI, and eStore. You will drive upsell opportunities during onboarding, process orders within SLAs, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Strong MS Office and CRM proficiency is required, with 2–3 years of relevant experience. Certifications in Data Analysis, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Power BI, and AI are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to onboard customers to digital platforms.
• Experience identifying upsell opportunities during onboarding.
• Process orders within SLAs and TDRA guidelines.
• Monitor service requests to closure.
• Maintain records in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications.
• Certifications in Data Analysis, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Power BI, AI are a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively call and onboard customers onto platforms like M365 CoPilot, Aleria AI, eStore and others.
• Identify upsell opportunities during onboarding to maximize value and adoption.
• Ensure orders are processed within SLAs following policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor progress of service requests until they are closed.
• Keep accurate CRM records of interactions onboarding activities and orders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and fulfill requests.
