Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai seeks an analytics and systems support professional to translate business requirements into technical specifications, configure systems, and develop reporting solutions to monitor operational and business performance.

You will triage issues, coordinate with vendors, validate data integrity, act as a technical liaison with internal stakeholders, and participate in QA and UAT during releases while supporting change management and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years in analytics or systems support with enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data management platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and maintain clear documentation.
• Execute system configurations and report build-outs using various SaaS-based tools.
• Develop reporting solutions to support operational and business performance analysis.
• Perform initial triage on reported issues and coordinate resolution with vendors.
• Monitor data integrity across systems and perform validation.
• Act as a technical liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in QA and UAT testing during release cycles.
• Support change management processes and ensure adherence to internal controls.
