The role requires 5+ years of UAE healthcare experience and 3+ years with TrakCare, plus ITIL foundations and AI tool familiarity.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years UAE Healthcare Experience.
Minimum 3 years Inter Systems TrakCare Experience.
Design, build and implement AI agents, copilots and intelligent automation solutions.
Experience with Clinical, Patient Administration and Revenue Cycle Management modules.

Responsibilities

Execute testing, defect reporting and patch roll-outs with feedback to vendors.
Lead system implementation, dry runs, simulations and post-go-live support.
Train end users on TrakCare and related applications.
Drive allocated projects to milestones and ensure timely completion.
Provide L1/L2 support and incident/change logging for TrakCare and related systems.
Drive AI and automation initiatives in the department.
