Job summary

Oracle Health in the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi, seeks a senior software engineer to design, develop and deploy customized Oracle Health solutions. You will build components, interfaces, and reports supporting Revenue Cycle Management and provider networks.

You will configure RCM modules, ensure robust integrations with external healthcare systems, and prepare technical documentation while collaborating with Architects and Analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT/SE.
• Minimum 5 years in Healthcare Information Systems or Oracle Health solutions.
• Experience with healthcare interfaces and integrations.
• Strong English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle Health solutions using CCL, DiscernDev, MPage, Java.
• Develop and maintain components, scripts, reports, and interfaces for Revenue Cycle Management.
• Configure Oracle Health RCM modules: Registration, Scheduling, Charge Services, Patient Accounting, Billing, Claims, HIM.
• Design, develop, and troubleshoot integrations with external healthcare systems including Health Insurance Post Offices.
• Develop and maintain Health Plan configurations, payer rules and claim submission logic.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and support go-live and post-production activities.
