Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES is seeking an Integration Services Analyst to develop, support, and manage healthcare application interfaces across Oracle Health/Cerner and third-party systems in Abu Dhabi. The role requires strong experience with Rhapsody and healthcare interoperability standards in a clinical environment.

You will configure and monitor interface engines, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors and clinical teams on integration requirements to ensure accurate data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, health informatics, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare IT integration, preferably with Oracle Health/Cerner systems.
• Strong knowledge of HL7 FHIR XML APIs and interface-engine tools such as Rhapsody.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and support interfaces between Oracle Health/Cerner and external healthcare systems.
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations using HL7 FHIR XML X12 APIs and related messaging standards.
• Configure and maintain Rhapsody Interface Engine channels, mappings, routing and monitoring.
• Analyse interface failures, data-quality issues and service tickets; provide timely resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors, clinical teams, technical teams and third-party providers on integration requirements.
• Support data migration, conversion audits, regulatory reporting and KPI reporting.
• Monitor interface performance and perform system testing, upgrades and change-control activities.
• Translate healthcare and Department of Health requirements into system configuration and integration rules.
• Prepare technical documentation, training materials and operational procedures.
