- Required understanding of healthcare environment and UAE context is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Understand operational needs across hospital teams and document requirements.
- Lead workshops, define workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate payer, coding, regulatory, and operational needs into system requirements.
- Contribute to digital journeys across patient access, CRM, and back-office solutions.
- Coordinate delivery activities: development, testing, implementation, go-live, and stabilization.
- Monitor risks, scope changes, and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
