Job summary

TalentOne is seeking an Integration Services Analyst in Abu Dhabi, UAE to develop, support, and manage healthcare application interfaces across Oracle Health/Cerner and external systems.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with HL7, FHIR, XML, APIs, and Rhapsody, plus production support in a clinical environment, to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare IT integration, preferably with Oracle Health/Cerner systems.
• Strong knowledge of HL7, FHIR, XML, APIs, and interface-engine tools such as Rhapsody.
• Ability to read, analyse, and troubleshoot healthcare messages and integration logs.
• Experience with application support, vendor coordination, data quality, and clinical workflows.
• Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations is an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and support interfaces between Oracle Health/Cerner and external systems.
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations using HL7, FHIR, XML, APIs, and related standards.
• Configure and monitor Rhapsody interface channels, mappings, routing, and monitoring.
• Analyse interface failures, data-quality issues, and service tickets; provide timely resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors, clinical teams, technical teams, and third-party providers on integration requirements.
• Support data migration, regulatory reporting, and KPI reporting.
• Monitor interface performance and perform system testing, upgrades, and change-control activities.
• Translate healthcare and Department of Health requirements into system configuration and integration rules.
• Prepare technical documentation, training materials, and operational procedures.
