Job summary

Mediclinic Middle East in Dubai seeks an IT professional to provide advanced L1/L2 support for Inter Systems TrakCare, with a focus on Patient Administration and Revenue Cycle Management within UAE healthcare settings.

You will test, implement, train end users, and support post-go-live activities while driving AI and automation initiatives to enhance clinical and financial workflows across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Excellent English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Essential education: IT Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution.
• Desired education: IT Degree or Diploma plus ITIL v3 Foundations and AI tools certifications.
• Minimum 5 years UAE healthcare experience; 3 years InterSystems TrakCare experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute application testing, defect reporting, test reporting, patch rollouts and provide feedback to line manager and Vendor teams.
• Responsible for system implementation, dry run or simulations and post-go-live support.
• Able to conduct application training to end users on TrakCare and related applications.
• Drive allocated projects and ensure completion within milestones.
• Provide L1/L2 level support and logging of incidents, problems and/or change requests for the TrakCare and other systems.
• Drive AI and Automation Initiatives in the department.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Provide advanced L1/L2 application support, enhancement, configuration and optimization of Inter Systems TrakCare with primary focus on Patient Administration and Revenue Cycle Management. The role supports registration, insurance, approvals, charging, coding, billing, claims processing, remittance, collections and finance integration while leading AI-driven innovation initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Execute application testing, defect reporting, test reporting, patch roll outs and provide comprehensive feedback to line manager and Vendor teams on issues and / or validation status and manage issue tracker.
• Responsible for system implementation, dry run or simulations and post-go-live support.
• Able to conduct application training to end users on Trakcare and related applications.
• Drive allocated projects and ensure completion within applicable milestones.
• Provide L1/L2 level support and logging of incidents, problems and/or change requests for the Electronic Health Record (Trakcare) and/or Other Systems to ensure applications operates uninterruptedly.
• Drive AI and Automation Initiatives in the department

REQUIRED EDUCATION

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years UAE Healthcare Experience
• Minimum 3 years Inter Systems Trakcare Experience
• Design, build and implement AI agents, copilots and intelligent automation solutions.
• Experiencing in Clinical, Patient Administration and Revenue Cycle Management modules(Registration, Appointments, Insurance, Billing, Claim management, Revenue and eRx/e-claims, Doctors, Nurses, Lab, Pharmacy process across Dubai and Abu Dhabi)

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

• 7 Years’ experience in IT hospital systems related RCM and Clinical modules

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Implementation and related support of hospital information systems
• Verbal and written communication skills in English
• Working knowledge of and experience with testing application fixes or patches
