Job summary

Bur Dubai Medical Fitness & Occupational Health Screening Center is seeking an IT Executive to provide day-to-day IT support across a healthcare facility. You will maintain computer systems, assist with biometric devices, and help ensure availability of LIS/HIS and related healthcare applications.

The role requires 1-2 years of IT support experience, with home-country experience welcomed, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced medical environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-2 years IT support or IT admin experience.
• Home-country experience will be considered.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, hardware, printers, and basic networking.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with biometric attendance systems is an advantage.
• Healthcare environment experience is a plus.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced medical fitness center.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to staff and resolve day-to-day hardware/software issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and basic network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, Office, email, printers, scanners, and other applications.
• Provide technical support for biometric attendance systems and assist with attendance-related issues.
• Support medical center systems (LIS/HIS) with vendors and support teams.
• Maintain IT assets, licenses, and user access records.
• Create and manage user accounts, system access, and security settings.
• Ensure regular data backup and security; coordinate with external IT vendors.
