Job summary

Roche in Dubai seeks a Healthcare Systems Partner to lead end-to-end patient support programs and complex vendor governance across the Gulf region. You will manage PSP lifecycles, KPI dashboards, access hub rollout, and ensure regulatory compliance, collaborating with legal, procurement and field teams.

With 3–5+ years in market access or patient services, you will drive cross-functional initiatives and optimize patient pathways in a dynamic healthcare ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or Pharmacy.
• 3–5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech Market Access, Patient Support, Operations, or Health System Management.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional health projects or launching complex field-based patient programs.
• Experience managing multi-vendor environments (hub providers, specialty distribution, digital patient solutions).
• Strong negotiation skills for SOWs and SLAs; drive operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Patient Support Programs lifecycle from scope definition to field rollout.
• Drive vendor governance with SLAs, KPIs, and regular business reviews.
• Coordinate access and reimbursement navigation with vendors and clinical teams.
• Develop dashboards to track KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Procurement and field teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
