Job summary

Pfizer Gulf in the Middle East seeks a Category Lead for Primary Care and Specialty Care to drive end-to-end portfolio strategy, growth and patient impact across ME markets from Dubai. You will lead launch readiness, cross-functional governance and market access initiatives, aligning Marketing, Medical, Access, Policy and Supply to deliver sustained portfolio performance.

The role requires 10+ years in pharma with senior leadership experience, exceptional strategic and analytical skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business or a related field; MBA or MSc preferred.
• At least 10 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare experience with significant commercial leadership.
• Demonstrated people leadership and ability to influence senior leaders in a matrix.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own category strategy, portfolio priorities and governance across Middle East markets.
• Lead annual operating plan and long-range planning for the portfolio with robust assumptions.
• Prioritize investments across brands, launches and markets for sustainable growth.
• Develop lifecycle management, market access and differentiated omnichannel strategies.
• Lead integrated launch planning and readiness for new products and indications across ME markets.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment with Medical, Access & Value, Regulatory, Supply and Sales.
• Strengthen cross-functional engagement and customer-centric delivery across markets.
• Build a high-performing, inclusive organization with clear accountability and development.
