Job summary

Roche in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead patient support programs and related access initiatives. You will drive end-to-end program execution, coordinate vendor relationships, and ensure compliant, scalable patient pathways across health systems.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Procurement to optimize reimbursement and access, while leveraging data insights to improve enrollment and treatment adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and related field required, PMP or similar certification preferred.
• 3–5+ years in pharma/biotech Market Access, Patient Support, Operations, or Health System Management.
• Proven project management experience leading cross-functional health projects or complex field programs.
• Experience managing multi-vendor environments (hub providers, specialty distribution, digital solutions).

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management of PSPs, co-pay assistance, and access hubs from scope to rollout.
• Operational rollout with timelines, risk plans, and stakeholder alignment.
• Navigate access & reimbursement with vendors for onboarding and prior authorizations.
• Data governance with dashboards tracking key KPIs and driving improvements.
• Vendor operations oversight, SLAs, and cross-functional workflow alignment.
• Vendor onboarding, SOW drafting, audit readiness, and risk assessments.
• Engage hospital networks and patient orgs to map access barriers.
• Develop tailored, non-promotional care-pathway solutions.
