Job summary

Justlife is hiring a Partnerships Lead — Healthcare in Dubai to drive new B2B channels and grow the healthcare partnerships book across the GCC. You’ll own end-to-end deals with corporate accounts, affiliates, and wellness providers, building a scalable healthcare partner network.

You’ll report to senior BD/healthcare leadership, shape the vertical strategy, and close commercial agreements that balance revenue growth with service quality and partner trust, all within a fast-growing, people-first

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development.
• Healthcare background preferred with understanding of regulated space.
• Commercially driven with strong negotiation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to turn metrics into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Open new channels: identify, pursue, and close new B2B partnerships across corporate accounts, affiliates, and wellness providers — building the pipeline and owning deals end-to-end.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with partners and decision-makers, positioning Justlife’s healthcare-at-home offering as the partner of choice.
• Negotiate and structure commercial agreements that grow revenue while protecting service quality and partner trust.
• Shape the vertical: bring market insight back to the business — spotting new channel opportunities and shaping how we expand the healthcare vertical across the GCC.
• You’ll report partnership growth, pipeline, and market trends to senior management with clear, actionable insight.
