Job summary

Roche is seeking a Project Manager to lead patient support programs and access initiatives in the UAE. You will manage end-to-end PSP lifecycles, drive vendor oversight, and ensure compliance with reimbursement pathways.

This role collaborates with Legal, Compliance, and Procurement to optimize patient access and program outcomes. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in pharma/biotech Market Access or patient support operations, with strong project management and cross-functional leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Management, or Pharmacy.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional health projects or PSPs and multi-vendor environments.
• Strong knowledge of reimbursement channels, patient access programs, and data privacy frameworks.
• Experience in leading large-scale vendor partnerships and program rollouts.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management for PSPs, co-pay programs, and access hubs from scope to field rollout.
• Operational Rollout: ensure timelines, risk plans, and stakeholder alignment at every phase.
• Access & Reimbursement Navigation: streamline patient onboarding, prior authorizations, and adherence support.
• Data & KPI Governance: build dashboards and drive improvement using data insights.
• Vendor Operations & Oversight: manage complex third-party networks and monitor SLAs.
