Job summary

ZCREATIX is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator in Dubai to create and maintain staff shift schedules in the PDC system for healthcare departments. You will coordinate with department heads to ensure adequate staffing and compliance with regulations.

You will support daily use of the PDC system, improve scheduling processes, and communicate roster updates to managers, helping resolve planning issues and ensuring smooth workflow across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in staff scheduling or shift planning, preferably in healthcare.
• Familiarity with rostering software and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and structured approach to daily responsibilities.
• Comfort with IT systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain staff shift schedules in the PDC system for assigned healthcare departments.
• Coordinate with department heads and staff to support effective workforce planning and ensure adequate staffing.
• Review and update schedules to keep staffing plans accurate and up to date.
• Ensure rosters comply with working-hour regulations, employment agreements, and local labor laws.
• Support daily use of the PDC scheduling system and help improve its usage across departments.
• Identify scheduling challenges and propose practical improvements to planning and staff allocation.
• Collaborate with teams to make scheduling processes more organized and reliable.
• Keep managers informed about roster updates and changes.
