Job summary

PLATFORM - Award Winning Boutique Studio is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. You will manage and optimize class schedules across all locations, working with department heads to analyze performance and adjust timetables, while ensuring accurate records in the Sentinel system.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or operations coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling systems or databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize class schedules across all locations, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Collaborate with department head to analyze class performance and implement schedule adjustments.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain up-to-date schedules in the Sentinel system.
• Coordinate emergency coverage needs and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Support coaches and head coaches with leave requests, system queries, and assist with payroll and commission-related matters.
• Maintain strong communication with the Club General Managers, Studio Experience Managers, and the wider management team.
