The role requires a Bachelor’s in public health or related field, 1–3 years in healthcare, strong EHR skills, and a patient-first approach to support seamless patient journeys while maintaining accurate data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in healthcare access, patient navigation, or community health programs.
• Demonstrated understanding of healthcare systems, insurance complexities, and social determinants of health.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and patient management software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and pre-registration tasks to match physician availability.
• Provide clear, non-clinical instructions to patients prior to arrival.
• Identify patient financial liability and coordinate with Financial Counsellors as needed.
• Deliver a first-class patient experience in line with Patients First values.
• Maintain high data entry and scheduling accuracy for seamless clinical operations.
