You will handle employee files, HR induction, probation tracking, payroll inputs, visas and licensing documentation, while supporting candidate sourcing and interview coordination in Zoho Recruit.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on HR experience in a UAE clinic or healthcare setting.
• Ability to manage confidential records and communicate clearly in English.
• Familiarity with UAE employment processes and HR systems.

• Maintain accurate employee files and HR records.
• Coordinate onboarding, probation tracking and offboarding.
• Monitor leave, attendance and payroll inputs with Finance.
• Track visas, insurance and licensing documentation.
• Support recruitment with candidate sourcing, screening and interview setup.
• Provide timely, confidential support to staff and leadership.
