Job summary

Joint Space, a multidisciplinary clinic in Alserkal Avenue, Dubai, seeks an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, HR records and recruitment support. You will work with our leadership team, Executive Assistant and accountant to keep tasks, records and deadlines on track.

You will handle employee records, onboarding, leave, attendance, payroll inputs, visas and licensing coordination, and recruitment support, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with UAE processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR experience in the UAE, ideally in a clinic or healthcare organisation.
• Clear spoken and written English communication.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee records and HR systems with accurate, confidential files.
• Coordinate onboarding, reviews and offboarding with relevant managers.
• Handle leave, attendance and payroll inputs and liaise with the accountant to resolve discrepancies.
