Job summary

Oracle Health is seeking an experienced Health Applications Sales Representative IV to drive new business and account growth across Oracle Health’s portfolio within the International Sales team. You will develop strategic customer relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver innovative healthcare technology solutions addressing clinical, operational, and financial priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 12 years of related experience, including 9 years of sales experience.
• Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle’s competitors.
• Proven track record of success in enterprise software, cloud, healthcare technology, or digital transformation sales.
• Experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
• Pre-existing strategic relationships with key Health stakeholders and the ability to support executive-level conversations around transformation, business value, and long-term customer outcomes.
• Deep understanding of the health sector, health operations, policies, and stakeholder environments within Health.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and strategic account plans that drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Lead enterprise sales engagements from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and successful close.
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders including CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, CMIOs, CNIOs, clinical leaders, and government decision-makers.
• Understand each customer’s strategic priorities and develop outcome-focused solutions that address clinical, operational, financial, and digital transformation goals.
• Lead responses to tenders, RFPs, procurement activities, and executive workshops.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast while consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Represent Oracle Health at industry events, executive forums, and customer engagements, strengthening our brand and market presence.
