Job summary

Oracle Health in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) seeks an experienced Health Applications Sales Representative IV to drive new business and growth across our healthcare technology portfolio. You will develop strategic relationships with CIOs, CMIOs, and government health decision-makers to deliver value-driven, enterprise software solutions.

You'll work with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to lead complex opportunities from qualification to close, travel up to 80%, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 12+ years related experience, including 9+ years in sales.
• Oracle knowledge or familiarity with Oracle's competitors.
• Proven enterprise software, cloud, healthcare tech, or digital transformation sales success.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Pre-existing strategic relationships with Health sector stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of health operations, policies and stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
• Lead enterprise sales engagements from opportunity identification through close.
• Build trusted relationships with CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, CMIOs, CNIOs and government leaders.
• Understand customer priorities and craft outcome-focused healthcare solutions.
• Lead responses to tenders, RFPs, procurement activities, and executive workshops.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Represent Oracle Health at events, forums, and client engagements.
