JA Resorts & Hotels invites a confident Head Waiter to lead the JA Hatta Fort Hotel dining floor in Dubai. This role focuses on delivering outstanding guest experiences, mentoring the service team, and upholding the highest standards of service and safety.

You will collaborate with kitchen and management, oversee service flow, and drive exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management is required or equivalent.
2+ years' experience in a hotel or upscale dining environment.
Strong leadership and train-the-trainer certifications are an advantage.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel operations knowledge.

Responsabilités

Lead and inspire the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations during service.
Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and create memorable moments.
Support, coach, and develop team members through ongoing training and guidance.
Maintain the highest standards of food safety, service quality, and presentation.
Assist with roster planning, inventory control, and operational efficiency.
Handle guest feedback professionally and turn challenges into positive experiences.
Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless service.
